Greg Noonan is the #1 agent for sales volume with Prudential California Realty, San Diego County. Last
year, he and his team sold more than $140 million in property, and during his
18 year career, the value has exceeded $1 billion. Greg started in real estate
after graduating from San Diego State University. He is very active in the
community and is a member of San Diego Rotary Club 33, a board member of the
YMCA of San Diego County, and is a sponsor of the Esperanza Foundation in
Tijuana.
Steve Williams is a partner and co-founder of Sentre Partners, a real estate investment and services
firm which was established in 1989. Formerly, he was a partner with Trammell
Crow Company where he was responsible for the San Diego division. He started
his career as an accountant with a large accounting firm and next was an
investment salesman for Coldwell Banker in their Santa office. Steve graduated
from UCLA and received an MBA from the University of Southern California. His
community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Burnham Institute
for Medical Research and the Reuben Fleet Science Center.
John Brady is a San Diego attorney who specializes in mortgage law and
foreclosure.
